E.ON EÜT operates the power plants owned by the E.ON Group.

E.ON EÜT Erőműüzemeltető [Power Plant Operator] Kft. was launched at the beginning of 2003 to operate E.ON Hungária Zrt's power plants in Debrecen and Nyíregyháza. In the same year, the company took on the tasks of ESZO Kft., located in E.ON Észak-dunántúli Áramhálózati Zrt's supply area, as well as those of the Sopron District Heating Power Plant Kft., the Győr District Heating Power Plant Kft., and the Mosonmagyaróvár Energy Generation Kft.

E.ON EÜT Erőműüzemeltető és Szolgáltató Kft's service portfolio includes the operation and maintenance of power plants and other energy facilities, as well as the development and implementation of projects to set up new energy facilities.
