E.ON Network Services Ltd's primary activity is the secure operation of the networks owned by the electricity and gas supply companies of the E.ON Hungária Group.
E.ON Hungária set up E.ON Network Services Ltd on August 14, 2006, and the company was launched on February 1, 2007.
E.ON Network Services Ltd provides services primarily to the electricity and gas supply companies of the E.ON Hungária Group. The company is responsible for operating the energy distribution systems owned by distribution companies. This service includes the full range of operations management activities carried out with a view to ensuring uninterrupted energy supply, regular maintenance of network objects, and the elimination of disruptions associated with malfunctions. In addition, the company installs consumption meters and the connection equipment necessary to provide electricity and gas suppliers' customers with access to the network or to additional energy at their own request, while it also renovates consumption sites, sets up temporary connection to the network, eliminates malfunctions reported by clients, and replaces consumption meters.
E.ON Network Services Ltd also signs contracts with other companies that own energy distribution systems located in the supply area of the E.ON Hungária Group to operate these distribution networks.
