Satisfaction Survey
We attach great importance to feedback from our employees. We regularly carry out employee satisfaction surveys, which allow valued opportunities for a two-way exchange of information.
The most important such platform is the group-wide employee satisfaction survey we carry out every two years. After each survey, we process the information obtained and, based on the results, we devise and implement action plans to develop the areas identified as needing improvement. The effectiveness of these measures is assessed through smaller-scale, targeted surveys.
Naturally, participation in the surveys is on a voluntary basis, but the more people take part in a survey, the more weight its results carry as they reflect the majority opinion more accurately. That 74% of our employees participated in the first group-wide survey and participation reached 80% in the second survey shows that our employees do use the opportunity to voice their opinions.
It is through such feedback from our employees and the results of the employee satisfaction surveys that E.ON Hungária is able to continuously enhance its processes.
