We offer our colleagues wishing to develop their professional skills and expertise a wide range of training programs and opportunities.
All our employees can discuss their personal objectives and development directions, as well as related individual training requirements, with their immediate superior during performance appraisal meetings. At the same time, we always make sure that these development agendas are in harmony with our corporate objectives. The organization of group training programs at the Hungarian E.ON subsidiaries is coordinated by a training professional in each of the three fields.
The central training group is responsible for designing professional courses in cooperation with managers of the given fields and with local training specialists. These courses include professional training sessions as required by law, as well as courses that are essential for efficient work.
