The fundamental goal of the program is to expose management potential inside our organization, and to ensure the continuity of management succession. A further aim is to provide a framework for employees who feel the ambition, commitment, and aptitude for leadership to acquire self-management skills, and assess and develop their management skills, abilities, and competencies. The target group of the program consists of employees who are not currently in management positions but possess the necessary ambitions and leadership competencies at sufficient levels.
Eight times a year, the group takes part in various development training sessions, which enable members to acquire the required leadership competencies based on the personalized development agendas designed jointly by trainers and group members. Development between training sessions takes place through guided self-training and customized development tasks. During the program, participants are encouraged to develop their self-awareness, personality, communication and presentation skills, and leadership competencies. In the last phase of the program, group members have the chance to gain actual management experience by tackling management situations and tasks under the supervision of a Mentor. The program also includes á la carte components, which are selected on the basis of participants’ requirements.
