E.ON Energiaszolgáltató and E.ON Energiakereskedő to merge

According to decisions made by the two companies' founders, E.ON Energiaszolgáltató Kft and E.ON Energiakereskedő Kft will merge into Energiaszolgáltató Kft on June 30, 2008.

As a legal consequence of this move,

• E.ON Energiakereskedő Kft will dissolve and be removed from the register of companies, with E.ON Energiaszolgáltató Kft as its full and complete legal successor;
• E.ON Energiaszolgáltató Kft will be the sole holder of the benefits and obligations of the legal relations created on the basis of the contracts made by E.ON Energiakereskedő Kft.

The process of legal succession will not affect our customers in any way, and E.ON Energiaszolgáltató will continue to supply them as before.
