Campaign for promoting online account management by E.ON customers

The number of customers choosing to manage their account online keeps on growing with increasing speed: in the second half of October, exactly one year after going live, we celebrated the 100,000th registration to the online account management service of E.ON Energiaszolgáltató Kft, belonging to the E.ON Hungária group of companies. The continually improved internet site sees 400-600 new registrations daily, which is an excellent result considering that up to now there have been no initiatives to promote the surface.

“Online account management. Drive for comfort!” The campaign starts on 1st February

Since account management via internet is much more convenient for customers, and increasing the number of customers interacting with us online corresponds with the group’s business interests, E.ON Energiaszolgáltató Kft is starting a campaign that will promote online account management for customers as of 1st February. Following registration at www.eon.hu/ugyintezes, customers will be offered a short quiz to complete before 15th March.

Customers submitting all correct answers will have a chance to win one of 3 Ford Fiesta automobiles.

Background: most popular features in online account management

The online customer services system offers portal features enabling customers to manage several types of transactions directly, without the intervention of an account manager. The most popular feature currently is the recording of meter readings, followed by viewing bill history. Third place is taken by viewing account balance.
