Change in the E.ON Hungária Board of Management

With the expiry of his mandate, István Bakács, Member of the Board of Directors at E.ON Hungária is leaving the company as of July 15, 2010. Mr. Bakács has been a Board Member with the company for 10 years supervising sales, customer service and energy generation as a strategic manager.

E.ON Hungária is expressing its gratitude for Mr. Bakács’s immense contribution towards preparing the company for working in a liberalised market environment and establishing cutting-edge generation capacities.

Until further decision, E.ON Hungária CEO Dr. Eric Depluet takes over the strategic responsibility for sales, customer service and generation within the Board, while Peter Mohnen CFO will take over the field of logistics from Mr. Bakács.
