We are aware that we owe our success and development in the area of innovative solutions primarily to our employees. Integrating our employees while at the same time preserving their diversity is a priority for us, as is making full use of their knowledge of the different regional markets. We support our employees, for example, by offering them various sporting and leisure opportunities, promote their participation in various medical check-ups, and place great emphasis on occupational safety. We are particularly active in the fields of training and personnel development.

E.ON also plays a major role in training and employing disabled and previously unemployed people. As a result of a project launched in 2006, we are now employing disadvantaged people in customer service centers in several regions throughout Hungary.
